Learning happens all the time within a company, but sometimes you may want to inject new thoughts, methods or tools in the texture that may support positive change within smaller teams or the whole company.
Trainings and education
A well-proven form is the practice based in-person training, with a small group of people.
Design thinking, service design, human centred design are approaches that use a lot of tools in order to create a clear understanding of the problem and to build the most appropriate solution to that. Everyone can learn to use those tools, but the learning curve can be significantly milder if somebody explains and you have a chance to practice.
I can provide you training and workshops (one session or multiday) on the tools used throughout the design process of products or services, and the whole approach itself.
Content can change on demand, we can work on your chosen topic or theme. All training sessions are practice based. Some examples to get inspired:
* Human centred design approach, process and tools for designing products and services
* Research and validation methods in practice
* Ideation and brainstorming techniques
* Prototyping - do's and don'ts
* Maps and canvases - how to use them and what are they good for?
Product and service development workshops
If you are in the middle of a projekt, or you are just about to start one, you may want to pull in external knowledge and capacity to support your project.
Should you need an experienced mind in planning the process or delivering the workshops in person or online (designing the sessions, facilitating, analysing and creating a summary), let me know and we will work out together what works for you best.
Building an innovation culture
Company culture can be designed and nurtured based on predefined goals and values. Companies become innovative not because of having a dedicated innovation team tinkering separately in a hidden corner, but because open thinking and sharing of ideas and feedback is encouraged at every level and in every member of the company, and the processes are organised to support this way of operation.
If you would like to check where your company stands when it comes to innovation culture or you know that you want to redesign it to be more innovative, we can look at people and processes and work together to reframe everyday goals and circumstances that support you and your colleagues with it in the long term.
