With a background in psychology and economics, I have been working on innovation projects in the last 15 years, including a leadership role at an innovation lab. I have learned during this time that everyone is able to find new solutions even to old problems if the challenge is framed right and if the people involved feel enabled to think out of the box.
Some of us already have got the routine in taking over the perspective of others, some of us have still to learn this. The path is open to everyone.
