Relaunching a learning app as a freemium service

Project: Business design and relaunch of an interactive serious games learning app

 Missions completed:

  • Analysis of the as-is situation, market landscape, competitor analysis, pricing analysis 
  • Defining product and company goals and KPIs together with the founder and the team
  • Refreshing product offer and positioning, redefine target groups, setting up new pricing
  • Features roadmap together with the developers
  • Redesign of branding (new logo, website and app design)
  • Overall communication and content strategy, detailed communication and content roadmap for one year (channels, goals, messages, formats, timing), execution of the communication roadmap, including writing content for post and blog articles 
  • Setting up metrics for automated feedback in Google Analytics, Search console, HubSpot, Intercom and FireBase, creating automated reporting system
  • Setting up automated registration, onboarding, and in-app process and messages
